| Erb's Rural Bus Service |
| The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Area School District contracts their bus service to Erb's Rural Bus Service (715) 924-3727
Some parental guidelines to help Erb Bus offer the best service for all students:
1. Be familiar with your child's route number and regular driver's name.
2. Call us if you do not plan to regularly use bus transportation for your child.
3. If you move, please remember to file a change-of-address with the school so we receive your new address and can continue bus service for your child.
4. Call us if your child regularly rides, but will not be riding on certain days (vacation, getting a different ride to school, illness, etc.).
5. Give us at least fifteen-minutes notice before your normal pick-up time if you have a pick-up change.
6. The best time to call with pick-up changes is the evening before the change (leave a message with the child's name, route number, and instructions) or after 6:00 am on the morning of the change.
7. We generally have a "three strikes" policy regarding pick-up, especially down dead end roads. After three times with a "no-show" and no phone call, we will not pick up at that stop until we hear from you.
8. In order to keep the bus on schedule, the children need to be at the bus stop on time. The children should wait for the bus, not the bus wait for the children.
9. Call us or the bus driver if you have questions or concerns about the route or situations that happen on the ride to or from school.
