CW Track and Field Team Goals
1. Be a team that represents Chetek-Weyerhaeuser with PRIDE both on and off the track.
2. Be a team that models CHARACTER by respecting others, serving as a positive role model, and displaying a keen sense of sportsmanship.

Individual Goals
Setting goals and working towards those goals is an important aspect of the track program at Chetek-Weyerhaeuser. Often times it is difficult to know what a respectable goal should be. The following table gives some general guidelines for satisfactory times and distances here at Chetek-Weyerhaeuser. These are only average values and not ultimate goals. Most serious track athletes will often exceed these marks.
